Thursday, May 28th - Pat McCurdy

Acoustic Covers and Originals

Pat McCurdy is a cabaret singer/songwriter from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He regularly tours the upper midwestern part of the United States with regular stops in Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, Green Bay, and Minneapolis. His shows usually consist of just him and his guitar and include improvised interaction with the audience. While the majority of his audience is made up of a college-age crowd, McCurdy appeals to a large number of people of all ages. Performing well over 300 shows a year, his large catalog of original songs (over 600 and growing) covers a variety of topics such as lost loves, politics, family vacations, and how the world can't live without Sex & Beer. We're thrilled to have him play Mickey Finn's for the first time.

Saturday, June 27th - Daily Grind

Nationally touring rockers

During a basement session in early 2013, the song "Don't Forget Me" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers lit the spark for these four spirits to become one cohesive unit. Daily Grind hit the Pittsburgh scene with a new lineup of original songs shortly after. Ranging from hip-hop to hard rock, their biggest musical influences include the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queens of the Stone Age, Arctic Monkeys, Black Keys, Incubus, Biggie Smalls, and a slew of other classic and modern acts.
